Bellcore selected the property as its national headquarters in 1984, and the property received the Good Neighbor Award in 1987 in recognition of its contribution to the local community. The property later attracted major tenants, including The Prudential Insurance Company of America and Verizon, reinforcing its position as a trusted corporate address.
 

In 1999 and 2014, the Livingston, NJ property earned the TOBY Award from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), recognizing it as one of the best-managed building complexes in its category.
