A few tips when using for the first time:

Bookings can be made in 1/2 day and full day increments only - if you require a 1/2 day you will select hourly and the start time, the system will automatically default the end time five (5) hours from the start time.

 

As a first time user, you will want to navigate to the shortcuts on the top of the member bookings page to view the full booking site.  This will provide room photos and layouts where available until you become familiar with the software.  You will also be able to use the links in the navigation bar of each of the property websites to book online as well.
